Keto Friendly Lunch: Unwrapped Tacos!

Ingredients:

8 oz. Romaine shredded
1/2 lb grass fed organic ground beef (1 tsp. Avocado oil and 1 tbsp of Taco seasoning)
1 avocado
1/2 purple onion
1/4 c shredded white cheddar cheese
1/4 c sour cream (sprinkled with cayenne and parmesan or queso fresco)
Lime wedges

Directions:

Brown beef in 1 tsp avocado oil. Add in 1 tbsp of Taco seasoning. Add onion, cheddar cheese, romain, sour cream, and lime. Enjoy!

* Makes 2-3 servings.
